The reason I am updating my post is because we realize it's hard to think about sending video to someone. We can use any format regardless of if it's tape or digital or emailed or even right over the internet using a program like Skype.
However you send videos to Grandma or however you communicate via web cam is fine! We would even accept recorded audio in place of a video. So, don't be intimidated. Just get a static shot of yourself however you can - use your phone, web cam, Skype, messenger program, mac laptop with built in camera, digital video camera, kids toy camera - Anything at all and just say a few things about us!
