We need to plan for 2012 and beyond.
How are we going to balance the needs of the educational system with the needs of students? How will we all focus on moving forward into 2012 knowing that we are helping the system as well as the learning.
Hopefully, we can all see that we can do our jobs best when we keep the end goal in mind. When it comes to education, that goal is a student that actively participates in learning. As Tom explains in his blog post, 'Their decision (to learn) will be based on relevance, curiosity, and personal need.'
