Over 50% of teachers say funding a huge problem in schools...

A opinion poll indicates that over half of teachers believe funding to be a huge problem in schools. 

I doubt anyone doesn't already realize it but there ya go!  If education were a gift, it would have a disclaimer on the box:   Some fundraising required.
