There are times where raising money requires more than just posting a flyer on the school wall. Today, with competition coming from sports teams, non-profit groups and a wide variety of clubs, you'll have to do something ingenious!
But what!?!
Many folks turn to promoting via social media to enhance their fundraisers. It seems like a logical thought process. Seems like it may just be a saving grace!
Do we get on twitter and ask for help raising money for our school or group? Do we go on facebook and ask folks to contribute?
Would you agree that promoting via social media is a great way to get the word out? It clearly has quickly become one way to create fundraising success!
Here's the thing... It may not be THE way to create a successful fundraiser. We really need to realize it's just one component - one element of a larger system of tools that need to be implemented if raising the big bucks is the goal.
What do you think?
