Hey, my thought after watching this is that kids want to, and are willing to step up to challenges presented to them. The thing is, if the school doesn't get behind them, they don't work. In this case, a clear goal and a clear reward were presented and the principal and faculty stepped up to make this a rewarding experience for everyone! If you put importance to something, it works!
